Access International - Access International Financial Services provides brokerage firms with the securities processing tools to keep up with the globalization of the securities markets.  This means a system that provides electronic and seamless access to all international securities markets. 
AdForce - Went Public in 1999 and Acquired by CMGI in 2000.  CMGI, Inc. is a diversified Internet operating and development company. 
Argon - Acquired by Seimens in 1999. Seimens forms Unisphere Solutions, Inc. In July 2002, Unisphere Solutions was acquired by Juniper Networks. Juniper Networks offers a portfolio of core, edge, cable and mobile IP routing products which enable service providers, carriers and PTTs throughout the world to increase their revenue-generating service offerings. The former Unisphere Networks Voice Business Unit is now Siemens Network Convergence LLC, and its product suite now an integral component of the Siemens SURPASS family of Next Generation networking products.
aTelo, Inc. - aTelo develops carrier-grade software products that allow communications service providers to deploy compelling next-generation voice, data and video services for businesses and professionals. The company offers a modular, extendable platform, the aTelo Communications Platform, that delivers enhanced applications like unified communications (ProMessenger) and virtual IP PBX (ProCentrex) over any wireline or wireless telephony or broadband network. 
Backwire.com - Acquired by Leap Wireless International, Inc. in April 2001.  Leap is a customer-focused company providing innovative communications services for the mass market. Leap pioneered the Cricket Comfortable Wireless service that lets customers make all their local calls and receive calls from anywhere for one low, flat rate. Leap currently has several new services in development, including data services designed to further transform wireless communications for consumers.
BIAP Systems - BIAP Systems, Inc. has designed software that changes the way we think about, access, and mange information.  Its flagship product, GOtrieve uses intelligent agent-based technology to deliver total, dynamic control of how users get and use information from the Internet.  
Britannia - Britannia is an online magazine with a number of constantly expanding online archives, hyperindexes and resources.  Britannia's goal is to create the Web's most comprehensive tour and travel guide to the British Isles.
  CatchFIRE Systems - CatchFIRE Systems, Inc. provides customer-aware traffic management systems for web sites, delivering solutions that allow web site operators to optimize traffic patterns and server resources according to a priority scheme.
CertifiedMail.com - CertifiedMail.com is the innovation leader providing One-Click Secure E-Mail™ with tracking from any Internet or wireless device.  The CertifiedMail solution is available as an ASP web service without requiring a software download, and as secure messaging infrastructure servers to integrate with the e-mail systems of small, medium and large organizations. 
  DataPower - DataPower Technology, Inc. is a provider of web acceleration products centered around the optimization and acceleration of the Extensible Markup Language (XML), with DataPower’s innovative XMLJIT technology providing XML processing improvements of up to 15X. As XML becomes the framework of choice for the creation of the Internet’s next generation of application protocols for e-commerce and web services, DataPower’s line of rack-mountable XML routers and web accelerators will become increasingly important components in the infrastructure required by providers of application services in the Internet.
Everest Broadband - Everest Broadband Networks is rapidly emerging as the leader in today's Multi-tenant Broadband Service Provider marketplace, catering to small and medium sized businesses occupying multi-tenant buildings, and to hotel properties focused on the business traveler. The company offers advanced telecommunications

service, ranging from high speed Internet service and Internet applications, to telephone and video services.

 

FulFill-Net - FulFill-Net Solutions, Inc. provides hosted supply chain services, focusing on the supply and distribution of food to K-12 school cafeterias. Built on the company's Merchant Portal, Fulfillment Portal and Catalog supply chain services, the company provides the SchoolFoodCentral system targeted at K-12 school food service directors and cafeteria managers. Through SchoolFoodCentral.com, support is provided to school food service professionals for the entire process of food ordering, from bid solicitation, to ordering, to inventory management to invoicing.

GiantLoop Network - GiantLoop Network, Inc. is the leading provider of Enterprise Optical Networking services for Global 250 businesses.  GiantLoop designs, builds, and manages private optical networks that aggregate data networking, storage and systems networking, and voice and multimedia networking traffic on a common, enterprise-class network infrastructure.
Go2Net - Go2Net went Public in 1998.  InfoSpace and Go2Net completed merger on October 12, 2000.  The new company assumed the InfoSpace, Inc. name.  InfoSpace is a leading global provider of cross-platform merchant and consumer infrastructure services on wireless, broadband, and narrowband platforms.  The company provides commerce, information, and communication infrastructure services to wireless devices, merchants, and Web sites.  
Ikimbo, Inc. - Ikimbo™ provides instant communication for the enterprise. Ikimbo's Omniprise™ products offer a secure, reliable, and scalable instant communications platform, providing industrial-strength instant messaging, secure file sharing, and wireless access. Ikimbo also offers comprehensive services to assist clients in planning, implementation, and integration. 
Internet Devices - Acquired by Alcatel in June 1999.  Alcatel builds next generation networks, delivering integrated end-to-end voice and data networking solutions to established and new carriers, as well as enterprises and consumers worldwide.  Alcatel operates in more than 130 countries.  
iSaySo - Merged with LesConcierges in July 2001.  The merged entity retained the LesConcierges Inc. name.  The merger integrates LesConcierges’ concierge expertise, international network and blue chip client roster with iSaySo’s powerful, scalable personal assistance and transaction software. 
Javelin Technologies Acquired by NYFIX, Inc. in March 2002. Javelin Technologies is a leading provider of Financial Information Exchange (FIX) solutions for the global securities marketplace.  Javelin is committed to providing innovative FIX solutions that facilitate electronic trading, enhance Straight Through Processing across security types and further the belief that one protocol, one language is the very key to open trade communication.  
Kefta - Kefta is the next generation marketing software company providing web-based campaign management solutions to large enterprise clients.  The company has developed a suite of campaign creation, management, and tracking tools.  Built on a highly distributed and fully scalable platform, Kefta's marketing software dramatically improves customer acquisition, retention, and sales.   
Latis - Latis Networks, Inc. is a leading Internet infrastructure provider.  Latis serves a growing number of Internet service companies requiring infrastructure design, rapid multi-provider deployment, uniform applications, and operational management.  Latis operates a scaleable SmartGrid™ network of networks linking multiple providers across multiple geographies.  
Mazu Networks - Mazu Networks, Inc. is developing innovative distributed network solutions that enable customers and partners to build a better network: one that is more flexible, more configurable, and more resistant to attack.    
 

Megisto Systems - Megisto Systems, Inc. creates and delivers the solutions required in the infrastructure of the Mobile Internet, allowing wireless network operators to offer a variety of advanced network services over their networks. The Megisto Internet Gateway (MIG) is a purpose built gateway between traditional “wired” IP networks and 2.5G and 3G “wireless” networks, allowing the linking of wireless networks to the traditional Internet with carrier-class reliability, seamless roaming and scaleable service  management.

OnFiber Communications - OnFiber Communications, Inc. is a facilities-based service provider offering "last mile" fiber-optic networks in major metropolitan areas nationwide. OnFiber delivers the connectivity solutions of today and tomorrow – to service providers and other large consumers of bandwidth.
Quova - Quova provides Internet infrastructure intelligence to e-commerce sites, content providers and online advertisers.  Quova's first service, GeoPoint, provides the geographic location of Web site visitors with the highest degree of accuracy, enabling e-businesses to deliver the right message to the right Internet user - every time.  
Reliacast - Reliacast is a leading provider of audience management solutions for streaming media.  The company's software products enable businesses and enterprises to measure, manage, and control audiences of live, on-demand, and broadcast channel content on the Internet.  
Salvage Direct - Salvage Direct is an Internet business to business marketplace that provides insurance companies and financial institutions with a more efficient method of marketing salvage vehicles to an established base of licensed dealers and dismantlers.  
ScoreBoard, Inc. - ScoreBoard, Inc. is setting the standard for service assurance throughout the wireless industry. ScoreBoard's Web-enabled solutions work directly with Measured Network Data so that wireless carriers can confidently isolate, identify, and resolve capacity and call quality issues in their networks. 
  Seranoa Networks - Seranoa Networks, Inc. develops internetworking products used in the edge of network service provider networks, allowing carriers and service providers to build on their existing infrastructure in such a way as to economically scale the capacity and performance of their networks.  
 

ServiceBench - ServiceBench, Inc. provides a hosted technology solution for Product Service supply chain management, supporting the transactions that occur between service partners, consumers, parts distributors and manufacturers related to product registration, warranty claims, repairs and recalls. The Service Bench Application Service Provider (ASP) solution enhances and replaces existing paper-based processes with an automated web-based service that brings together the different parties in the product service process, allowing for an increase in the quality of service provided and realizing substantial cost savings in the product service process.

SmartRay Network - Acquired by LifeMinders, Inc. in August 2000.  LifeMinders merged with Cross Media Marketing in October 2001.  LifeMinders, a division of Cross Media Marketing Corporation,  is a leading online direct marketer that serves over 20 million members and provides direct marketing products and services to companies. 
StorageNetworks - Went Public on June 30, 2000.  StorageNetworks, Inc. is the world's leading provider of storage management services and an innovator that is making managed data storage services as accessible as phone or electric utility services.  StorageNetworks enables enterprises with large and rapidly growing volumes of business critical information to store, protect and access it more easily, reliably and efficiently then ever before. 
  Tasman Networks - (formerly known as Tiara Networks) Tasman Networks delivers IP services with wire-speed performance from edge to edge over existing access infrastructure. Tasman Networks' powerful branch and mid-range router family achieves breakthrough price/performance levels that redefine the economics of broadband access and advanced IP services for enterprises and service providers.
  Telemetry Technologies - Telemetry Technologies, Inc. is a data acquisition and system control provider that monitors the disposition of devices at remote locations, such as towers, generators, utility meters and distribution automation equipment. The company has developed systems that utilize a variety of technologies, ranging from pagers and cellular networks, to low earth orbit satellites, to retrieve customer data from remote sites and then process it for customer use.
Terawave Communications - Terawave Communications, Inc. develops optical access solutions utilizing Passive Optical Network (PON) technology designed to enable service providers to cost-effectively deliver optical services.  Terawave has created world-class competency in application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), optical system and component design, IP, TDM and ATM technologies, SDH/SONET, as well as network management systems. 
  TracerNET - TracerNET Corporation is a provider of wireless tracking solutions for enterprises operating mobile fleets. The company's TracerFleet and TracerWeb offerings are used for vehicle status monitoring, vehicle location tracking and dispatch-to-truck communications by the operators of short distance (50 mile operating circle) fleets of service and delivery vehicles.
TruSecure Corporation - (formerly ICSA.net and NCSA, Inc.) TruSecure is the worldwide leader in security assurance services for Internet-connected companies.  The company has been a central authority in the Internet security industry since it was founded in 1989, and has since worked to advance the state of Internet security through its three integrated business units:  TruSecure Solutions, ICSA Labs, and TruSecure Media.
VillageAuction.com - VillageAuction.com, Inc. is an Internet application developer and business operator that provides sophisticated, yet simple-to-use local auction and dynamic commerce applications that are unique to the targeted communities they serve.

WatchGuard Technologies - Went Public on July 30, 1999.  WatchGuard is a leading provider of dynamic, comprehensive Internet security solutions designed to protect enterprises that use the Internet for e-business and secure communications.  The Company is a pioneer in the creation of the plug-and-play Internet security appliance and offers solutions for any size organization -- from large enterprises with geographically dispersed offices and telecommuting employees to home offices with a single broadband connection.  
Xedia - Acquired by Lucent Technologies in November 1999.  Xedia added next-generation IP/Virtual private network capabilities to Lucent's expanding enterprise and service provider internetworking portfolios.  Lucent Technologies is focused on being the leader in building a broadband and mobile Internet infrastructure that will change the way people communicate.  Lucent provides the systems, software, silicon and services for what is the largest network build-out in history.  
Xythos Software, Inc. - The Xythos Storage Server is the world's first and most powerful software solution for storing information on the Internet.  Xythos allows its customers the ability to offer file sharing and collaboration on their website or corporate intra/extra-net.  
Zero G Software - Zero G Software delivers the most powerful software deployment solutions anytime, anywhere, and on any platform.  The company has transformed Java's "write once, run anywhere" vision into reality by developing the industry's first multi-platform software installer solution.  Zero G's award-winning Install Anywhere product line was widely embraced by software producers and IT professionals, and has become the de facto industry standard for multi-platform deployment.
